Driving Directions:

From Madison, WI

1) From Beltline (US Hwy 12/18) take Exit 258, onto Verona Road, Hwy. 151.
2) Head south on Verona Road, Hwy. 151.
3) Exit onto Hwy. PB (Exit 79). Head South on Hwy. PB.
4) Follow PB through Paoli, you will cross Hwy. 69 outside of Paoli, continue heading South on Hwy. PB.
5) Hwy. PB comes to a “T” about 5 miles south of Paoli. Turn right on Hwy. 69.
6) Follow Hwy. 69 though New Glarus and Monticello.
7) As you enter the city of Monroe, Hwy. 69 will become 18th Ave. Continue straight on 18th Ave.
8) Turn left on 4th Street.
9) Monroe Clinic is to your right.

From Freeport and Rockford, IL

1) Take Hwy. 20, toward Freeport.
2) Exit on Hwy. 26 North, toward Monroe, WI.
3) Follow Hwy. 26 through Cedarville, and past Orangeville.
4) Hwy. 26 becomes Hwy. 69 at the Wisconsin border.
5) Follow Hwy. 69 into Monroe.
6) Turn Right on 8th Street.
7) 8th Street shifts to the right and becomes 9th street.
8) Follow 9th Street until 20th Ave.
9) Turn left on 20th Ave.
10) Go straight for 4 blocks, parking for Monroe Clinic is straight ahead.

From Chicago, IL

1) Take interstate 90 to Rockford, IL.
2) Exit onto Hwy. 20 West, toward Rockford, and Freeport.
3) Follow Freeport and Rockford, IL directions above.

From Dubuque, IA

1) Take Hwy. 151 out of Iowa and into Wisconsin.
2) Once in Wisconsin, take Hwy. 11 East toward Monroe.
3) Exit right onto Hwy. 69, 18th street.
4) Head south, toward Monroe on 18th street.
5) Turn left on 4th Street.
6) Monroe Clinic is ahead on your right.

From Milwaukee, WI

1) Out of Milwaukee take Hwy. 43 South to Beloit.
2) Exit onto Hwy. 81 West toward Brodhead and Monroe.
3) Hwy. 81 joins Hwy. 11 outside Brodhead.
4) Follow Hwy. 11/81 to Monroe.
5) Exit on to Hwy. 69, 18th street.
6) Head south, toward Monroe on 18th street.
7) Turn left on 4th street.
8) Monroe Clinic is ahead on your right.
