Application Information

Applicants must be a graduate from an accreditation council for pharmacy education accredited School of Pharmacy with a PharmD degree and eligible for licensure in the State of Wisconsin. Criteria for consideration include interest in ambulatory care, communication skills, pharmacotherapeutic knowledge, leadership ability, independence, confidence and maturity. An on-site interview and participation in the ASHP Resident Matching Program is required.

Candidates interested in the program should submit a cover letter stating career goals, reason for wanting to complete a residency and their interest in Monroe Clinic. Also required is a Monroe Clinic application form, curriculum vitae, official college transcripts and three letters of recommendation.
