As an ophthalmologist, Raymond Alberts, MD provides comprehensive eye care to all members of the family. Dr. Alberts received his medical degree from the College of Medicine at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City,Utah. He completed his internship at the Marshfield Clinic in Marshfield, Wisconsin, his fellowship at the Latter-Day Saints Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah, and his residency at the University of Iowa in Iowa City, Iowa. He is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology.
Dr. Alberts provides a full range of treatment, from basic exams, to diagnosing and treating glaucoma, cataracts, macular degeneration and eye injuries. He is skilled in providing surgical procedures for cataracts, glaucoma, retinal tears and diabetic retinopathy.
He is a member of The American Academy of Ophthalmology, The American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery and The American College of Surgeons.
