Event Description: 

Neighbors Helping Neighbors.
Monroe Clinic Hospice is invites members of the community to give comfort and support to the terminally ill and their families. Volunteers join a spirited and compassionate team of individuals from Wisconsin and Illinois who meet the needs of patients close to home.

Programs include: Comfort Care, We Honor Veterans, “Paws”itive Comfort, Storykeepers, Caregiver Respite, Friendship and more.
