Monroe Clinic hospice is inviting the community to help give comfort and support to the terminally ill and their families by becoming a volunteer. Hospice volunteers join a team of professionals who help patients live out their lives to the fullest.
To help get you ready for summer Monroe Clinic is offering a three-part health and fitness workshop. The kick-off session starts at 5 p.m. with an optional screening and continues with a presentation at 6 p.m., Wednesday, March 12, in Monroe Clinic’s Founders Hall, 515 22nd Avenue, Monroe, Wis.
The six-week HEAL group starts February 5, and continues every Wednesday evening through March 12. The weekly meetings are held at the St. Camillus Center, 2101 6th Street in Monroe, Wis., from 6-7:30 p.m.
Monroe Clinic is once again offering scholarships for students seeking a career in a health-related field. The deadline for application submission is March 15, 2014.
Monroe Clinic announced the Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) team has achieved accreditation through the American College of Radiology. The MRI Accreditation Program is a stringent program that evaluates staff qualifications, quality control, MR safety policies and image quality.
