Located on the first floor of SSM Health Monroe Clinic Medical Group's main campus, at 515 22nd Avenue, in Monroe, Wisconsin, our team of skilled neurologists provides expertise, treatment and compassionate care when you're faced with a neurological concern. 

Neurological disorders can impact the brain, spinal cord and even blood vessels. From your muscles and reflexes to your ability to think and experience sensations, the nervous system controls functions closely tied to who you are and what you do. 

This location features a Memory Center that provides diagnostic assessment, treatment and support to older adults who are experiencing cognitive changes such as decreases in memory, concentration, reasoning or planning abilities. Our interdisciplinary Memory Care team will examine these changes and the effects on day-to-day living with a comprehensive evaluation.

Also offered at this location, is our Concussion Clinic.
